Scope of Services
Marine Operations & Offshore Attendance
- Provision of Project & Operations Manager, Tow Master, Mooring Master, Pilot, Sea Trials Master, Tug Master trainer, and Salvage Master.
- Offshore/onshore attendance for:
- Towage, tug and AHTS operations, rig moves, float-on/off
- Marine transport and towing campaigns. Vessel, barge, jack-up moving
- Hook-up operations and pre-laid mooring systems installation
- Offshore construction, installation, and heavy-lift operations
- Reactivation, conversion, and decommissioning projects
- Salvage, wreck removal, and emergency response
Surveys, Suitability & Insurance Support
- Suitability surveys for vessels, barges, heavy-lift equipment, and towing/salvage assets
- Operational and technical risk assessments
- Insurance surveys and reporting for floating assets and specialized equipment
- Marine asset evaluation, damage and condition survey
- Condition assessments and suitability verification for insurance and operational purposes
Marine Project Management & Technical Leadership
- Management and supervision of complex marine/offshore projects
- Operational coordination, risk management, project assurance
- Technical and operational due diligence
- Interface with owners, contractors, authorities, and MWS
- Project planning support, technical reviews, and engineering coordination
Salvage, Wreck Removal & Emergency Response
- Operational leadership for salvage, recovery, and wreck removal
- Coordination of multi-party emergency response and intervention readiness
- Attendance on maritime incidents, casualties, and emergency towage
- Emergency preparedness and contingency planning for offshore operations
Marine Warranty Survey (MWS)
- Preparation, review, and approval of transport, installation, lifting, towing, mooring, and salvage procedures
- Compliance verification with regulations, guidelines, and contracts
- Technical support to planning, marine engineering, and execution of critical operations
- Coordination with owners, contractors, and third-party surveyors to ensure compliance
Planning, Engineering & Operational Support
- Stability calculations, transport engineering, and marine/offshore analysis
- Engineering and operational support for heavy-lift and complex operations
- Weather routing and operational planning
- Technical reviews, risk assessment, and operational recommendations for critical marine projects
